Can I track my digital orders?

Which file formats do you provide?
We primarily provide .STL files for 3D printing and .FBX / .OBJ formats for game assets. Texture maps are usually included in high-resolution PNG or JPG formats.
Are the 3D models tested for printing?
Yes! Every STL file is rigorously tested for geometric accuracy and printability. We optimize our designs to ensure a smooth experience on both FDM and Resin printers.
Can I use the assets in commercial game projects?
Standard purchases are for Personal Use. If you intend to use our assets in a commercial game or sell physical prints, please contact us regarding a Commercial License.
What should I do if I have a technical issue with a file?
